All goods remain the property of Vu Nail Systems (a division of RJ Vu Ltd) until paid for in full. If we are out of stock of any colour you order, we will email you the option of selecting an alternative colour. Due to postage restrictions on cosmetic products we reserve the right to send goods by the most appropiate carrier, if the order value is over £50 leave the rest to us.
RETURNS: Used product or products that have been opened can not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
Due to strict hygiene reasons we cannot accept items for exchange or refund as we would be unable to resell the items given there is no guarantee that the item has not been opened, used or tested. There are many images of applied colours available online so we encourage our customers to research the colour suitability before purchasing as we do not accept exchanges or refunds. All computer monitors and mobile devices reproduce colours differently and it is very difficult to portray a 100% accurate image of any colour, for further information on any of our items please contact us BEFORE purchasing.
IF ITEM IS DELIVERED FAULTY PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48hrs OF RECEIPT - AT OUR DISCRETION WE MAY ASK YOU SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packaged up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Any items that are returned to us through failed delivery will be refunded minus all postage costs incurred.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that the colours you receive will match the colour of the product image exactly as it appears on your screen. All screens and settings vary and this affects the colour you perceive. Please be aware of this when ordering and if in doubt, ask first.
